We carry DOT Tubing developed for brake system connections that maintain a basically fixed relationship between couplings during vehicle operation. Our tubing is made from nylon and is available in more than ten colors for quick identification of lines. Our Air Brake tubing is produced in a Type A (Single-wall extruded Nylon) and a Type B (Nylon core, Fiber reinforcement, Nylon jacket) tubing. Both Type A and Type B meet specifications SA J844 and DOT FMVSS 49CFR 571.106. In addition, these products are 100 percent pressure tested and operate up to 200°F.

An O-Ring is a mechanical gasket in the shape of doughnut-shaped ring. Designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, it is a loop of elastomer with a round cross-section which creates a seal at the interface. The purpose of the O-Ring is to block a pathway that fluid or air may escape through, as it is a sealing device. They are one of the most common seals utilized in machine design today.
